01Using Swapath
Swapath is operated by Gökhan Topçu, an individual based in Slovakia.
Swapath is free and for people aged 18 or older exchanging personal items. Business listings and professional selling are not supported. Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in.
By using the sign-in button beside the terms notice, you agree to these terms. Analytics remains a separate choice.
02How swaps work
Swapath connects people for direct swaps and Multi swaps involving several participants. You arrange the exchange yourselves. We do not handle payments, hold money or items, inspect goods, arrange delivery or provide insurance.
A pending request or suggestion can reserve items and prevent other swaps, edits or deletion. Everyone must approve before chat opens. Approval shows interest; it does not transfer ownership or confirm delivery.
Agree on the items, condition, handover and any costs. In a Multi swap, confirm who gives and receives each item. Your agreements with other participants may have legal consequences.
Requests can be rejected or withdrawn while those options are available. After chat opens, listings remain reserved and the app has no completion or cancellation action. Discuss changed plans in chat.
03Your items and content
Only list items you own or may lawfully exchange. Describe them honestly, including faults, and use photos and text you have permission to share. Keep listings up to date.
Your content remains yours. You allow Swapath to store, display and process it as needed to run the service.
You can delete an active listing with no pending request or open chat. Deletion cannot be undone in the app and does not remove past swap records or messages.
04Rules and reports
Do not list unlawful, stolen, counterfeit or unsafe items. Scams, harassment, threats, misuse of accounts and sharing others' private information or content without permission are prohibited. See Safety & Rules for practical guidance.
Report problems to [email protected] with the listing or match link and an explanation. Reporting does not guarantee a particular outcome.
05Responsibility and fees
Check items and the people you exchange with. A match does not verify identity, ownership, authenticity or condition. Participants are responsible for their descriptions and commitments.
Listing, swap requests and chat are free. Nobody is authorised to collect a Swapath fee to unlock them. Any future paid feature would show its price and require your choice to purchase.
These terms preserve rights and responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded, including consumer protections and Swapath's own obligations.
06Privacy and changes
See the Privacy Policy for how we use personal data. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or faults.
The date above shows the latest update. We publish revised terms here and communicate significant changes as required.
