01Account and swap help
Email [email protected] with the subject “Swapath support”. Describe what happened, what you expected and any relevant dates. Include a listing or match link and a screenshot if it helps explain the issue.
The suggested email subjects help identify your request; using different wording does not prevent you from contacting us. You do not need a Swapath account to send a report or ask a question.
For a sign-in issue, mention which step failed and any error message you saw. Never send passwords or sign-in codes.
02Privacy requests
Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request” for access, correction, deletion or other personal-data requests. Identify the account concerned and explain what you would like us to do. Where possible, write from the email address linked to your account.
We may need to confirm that the account belongs to you before sharing or changing personal data. Do not send identity documents unless they are specifically requested through an appropriate verification process.
03Report a listing or behaviour
Email [email protected] with the subject “Listing report”. Include the exact listing or match link, what concerns you, relevant dates and supporting details. For a report about a conversation, include the relevant messages or screenshots.
If you believe content is unlawful, identify its exact location, explain why you believe it is illegal, and include a statement that you are acting in good faith and that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Include your name and contact email, except that you do not need to identify yourself when reporting child sexual abuse or exploitation material. Do not download or forward that material; provide its location instead.
Please avoid sharing unrelated private information about other people. Keep a copy of your report and correspondence so you can refer to them if you need to follow up.
Reports are submitted by email; there is currently no in-app reporting form. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services instead of waiting for an email response.
